I ordered a grazing box to plan a picnic for my fiance & I for Valentine’s Day & we were very impressed but I never got around to posting a review! Sharon & her team were great at customising our order since I am a vegetarian & my fiance is a picky eater, payment & pick up was easy & most importantly the food was fresh, delicious & looked great. Would definitely recommend Salads & Sides & will be ordering again to support this great local business.

We ordered a variety of salads, from creamy pasta to mediterranean chickpea and they were all fresh, tasty, neatly packaged, and delivered on time. I highly recommend Salads and Sides for parties when you need to order salad in bulk.

I hate that it has come to this and I am now forced to leave a bad review to try to get the attention of the Sides and Salads team but I have now had one of the worst experiences with Sides and Salads. I had booked Sides and Salads for my Wedding, things didn't go as planned and my Fiancé at the time and I broke up so I gave Sides and Salads 8 MONTHS notice that I needed to cancel (mind you this was only 2 months after originally booking). I explained the situation and was rejected a refund. Although she did offer a credit for the $500 I already paid (not the outcome as I was looking for as I gave plenty of notice and was already losing so much money cancelling the wedding). In Feb I reached out to book catering for an Easter event to use my credit. The order was confirmed in writing via email and I want in contact until the day before the event when we contacted the team to confirm pick up and they advised "they weren't taking orders for this weekend". Not only did this cause a lot of stress needing to cater a whole event with half a days notice but it also left more financial hardship on me as I then had to pay for the whole event out of my own pocket (this event was only planned to use the credit in the first place). I sent an email to Sharyn the next business day and have sent NUMEROUS follow up emails since. I am now being ignored and have not been able to get ahold of Sharyn or her team at all. All I requested is a refund to reimburse me for the trouble and money lost for this error on their behalf. This company is unreliable and I do not recommend.
